Discovery Visits!

We do not believe in free trips, free accommodation in 4* hotels and other gimmicks. Any intelligent person will realise that these trips and gimmicks are intended to convince you to come out to our resorts so that a commission motivated sales person can push you into buying. Normally there is no thought for what the client actually wants or can afford; the only thing driving these trips is the sale.

Our way is to take each clients needs and provide you with a personalised trip organised around your specific requirments. No one person is the same and therefore we will discuss what YOU want to do and which properties YOU want to view. You can choose exactly what you want to do during your visit without having to worry about being tied to the hip of your sales advisor from dusk till dawn. We will offer sound advice built on years and years of experience. Let us deal with the practical things while you are free to experience service as it should be.

What we Offer

We offer completely free of charge:

· Local advice from people who live and work in Spain, many of whom own property on Polaris World Resorts.
· Access to all the best new and resale properties on all the resorts, some exclusively available to us.
· Mortgage and financial advice.
· NIE numbers and legal advice (excluding your legal fees if you do purchase where appropriate)
· Translation services
· 1 years free Gold Service Rental Plan including commission free rental for 1 year (if you intend to rent your property)
· Free travel service to arrange your trip.

What we expect you to pay:

· This will vary but will usually be no less than £49 per person and no more than £99 depending on your specific requirements. We will discuss the best times to travel and give you options about where you might like to stay. All this will depend on what you want.

What can you expect from your trip:

· We cannot answer this as we haven’t spoken to you yet! But normally we will follow the following routine.
· Fly out to Murcia/Alicante to be collected by the person you have been speaking with.
· You will be taken to your accommodation to check in.
· Depending on your trip length and arrival time will depend on what you will do next but traditionally people like to start seeing the resorts right away.
· Your day(s) will be spent following what you had discussed before you came out but you will find that we will vary the itinerary to suite you as the trip progresses.
· You might like to play a little golf on one of the resorts or all of them or you might just like to view the properties you had discussed with your advisor and fly straight back to your home country.
· Whatever your preferred itinerary we do suggest spending some time discussing the legal and practicalities of owning and buying property in Spain. A few minutes spent with our commercial director will answer most if not all your queries.
