We are Members of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) which is accepted throughout the world as the leading consumer protection body in relation to overseas property promotions and development. We are also members of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain.

These associations are not easy to obtain and demonstrate the companies commitment to honesty and integrity. We strongly recommend that you only consider purchasing through duly approved and credible agents.

We have offices in the UK and Spain and have over 450 collaborating agents working with us throughout the world. We work with award winning architects and employ first class legal representatives that are English speaking in all countries that we market in.

Steve can be found travelling between the UK and Spanish offices and visits as many emerging market destinations as possible to ensure due diligence is undertaken prior to pre launch of new projects and marketing of new off plan sales.

Theresa is the long suffering wife of Steve Long (Managing Director) Poor Theresa’s involvement in the business is limited now she is back in UK with 3 children in full time education. She does visit as many emerging markets and beaches as she can though! Next stop Cape Verde and Margarita.

Mark is now in complete control of day to day operations in relation to The Casacalida Group. He also designs and maintains all our websites including all view2 dedicated sites. Mark lives with Jackie in a big villa near the sea. (What a life!)

Jackie Johnson (Spain)

Jackie has the job of controlling the company finances, which is not easy for her due to our rapid growth and ongoing investment. Jackie is married to Mark our Commercial Director, she loves to travel and is keen to visit our new developments in emerging markets namely Egypt and Isla Magarita.

Dawn started her career at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She went on to work for a large Estate Agents & Valuers in Mayfair where she worked for many years in their Research & Development and Planning departments. We are now fortunate to have Dawn on our team managing the emerging markets division based in the UK office.

Amber is just 17 years old, however she is mighty ambitious! She plans to move back to Murcia next year where she and the Long family lived for nearly 5 years. She is Spanish speaking and keen to work in the Head Office there.

Nicola at present acts as support to the Spanish sales office however she is becoming more involved with the emerging markets.

Darren assists Mark with computer and marketing issues, he frequently fly’s back and forth from the UK office to the Spanish offices. Darren can often be found lounging around the pool gathering inspiration! (so he says)

Christine is our rentals manager based in the head office in Murcia. She lives on La Torre Golf complex with Husband Bob a retired Police officer. Chris is a keen golfer and plays as often as work commitments permit. Christine deals with long and short term rental and property maintenance and management.

Juste is a new member of the team based in the head office in Spain. She is multi lingual and deals with both English and Spanish clients. Juste enjoys the sun and sea in Spain which is a far cry from her native Lithuania.
